01 · Statement

Designed by human hand.multiplied by machine.measured by result.

Zemix Studio is an independent studio building digital products and systems. We make web pages, web applications, automation flows, and content systems. We don't ship landing pages — we build the path from first visit to checkout.

Our practice is clear: direct contact, fast delivery, one-stop solution. Every delivery is tied to a metric — conversion, clicks, response time, month-end numbers. The tool is whatever it needs to be; what we show is the result.

    Web & Digital Product

We don't write landing pages — we build the path from visit to checkout. From corporate sites to e-commerce storefronts, from MVP web applications to bespoke admin panels — whatever the product, the focus is the flow the user moves through without friction.

    Brand & Visual System

A brand lives by a repeatable system, not by a logo. Corporate identity, visual language, type systems, social media templates, brand guidelines — wherever your name appears, it speaks in the same voice.

    Social Media Content Management

Social media is not content production — it's strategy, calendar, and consistency. Monthly content plans, visual production, community engagement, and performance reporting — handled end-to-end. Every post ties to a goal, every goal to a metric.

    Measurable Result

Every delivery is tied to a metric: conversion rate, response time, units sold, engagement. Liking isn't enough — without a number, the work is half-done.

04 · Process

From brief to metric

  1. 01

    Brief

The first table. We talk through what you want to build, the number you'll watch, the date you want to close. Everything else gets built on top of this.

  2. 02

    Strategy

We translate the brief into scope, timeline, and metric. Which pages we'll build, which automations we'll set up, which content we'll produce — and the number each one touches becomes clear.

  3. 03

    Production

Design, engineering, and content run in parallel. Weekly iteration, open file sharing, direct revision channel. Waiting time approaches zero.

  4. 04

    Launch & Optimization

Launch is not an end, it's a beginning. We go live, wire up analytics, read the first week's data together, and lift the number with small interventions.

06 · FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. How long does a project take?

It depends on scope. A landing page is typically 1-2 weeks, a corporate site 3-5 weeks, an MVP web application 6-10 weeks, and an automation setup 1-3 weeks. During the brief round we share a clear timeline with intermediate delivery dates.

  2. How many revision rounds do I get?

Standard packages include two major revision rounds — the "let's change the direction entirely" kind. Minor tweaks (color, copy, spacing, micro-interactions) don't count and are unlimited. If a major shift is expected, we discuss it up front and reshape the plan.

  3. Do you issue invoices?

Yes, an official invoice is issued for every delivery. Who issues it and how VAT applies is clarified at project start, during the contract step.

  4. What does post-launch support look like?

A 30-day maintenance window is included by default; during this time technical fixes, minor updates, and visual adjustments are free. After that we offer either a monthly maintenance retainer or per-task work, depending on what you need.

  5. Do you build automation systems? How is maintenance handled?

Yes, it's one of our core practices. n8n workflows, CRM integrations, WhatsApp/email/chatbot automations, and bespoke assistant flows all fall under our scope. Maintenance works two ways — the system stays with us under a monthly package, or it's handed over to your team; it's a choice, not a limitation.

  6. How does pricing work?

We work on fixed pricing, not hourly. Every service has a band; the exact number is shared as a proposal document after the brief round. If the scope changes, price and timeline are reviewed — no surprise invoices.
